GH2 Selecting A Sub $400 On Camera Monitor for My GH2

I've identified several monitor candidates for my GH2 but I'm damned if I can figure out which to buy. Here's my list (thanks to the gang over at Personal View for most of the entrants):
  • Lilliput 5D II /o/p - ($220 +/- 600x1024)
  • Camax HO56 - ($250 +/- 800x1200)
  • Feelword HD 7 LCD Field 1080p Camera Montior SLR HDMI In/Out - ($225 +/- 600x1024)
  • Ruige TL701 HDA - ($400 +/- 600 x1024)
  • Ruige S500HD - ($280 480 x800)
Any one of these total garbage to be avoided at all costs?
Any one of these head and shoulders above the rest?

Or are they all pretty comparable Chinese products with plusses & minuses? Or the same thing with different covers?

What's your experience? Thanks for your thoughts.

Lilliput with false color and zoom options, cheap, or Ruige, $$$ or Marshall. All good. GH2 can be touchy about cables.

Marshall LCD-51 is what I have - I bought it new at Adorama for $379. BH Photo/Video has it $20 cheaper right now. It has usable peaking, false color, 1:1, and multiple safety markers, and it runs off of inexpensive 3rd party Sony FP970 brick batteries. AC power, monitor hood, and a small ball head cold-shoe mount are included. So far I love it!

Depends on how much you like nice screens. Personally I bought 2 different chinese monitors and the quality is just so bad I'd rather save up and buy a Marshal or SmallHd. Now if you can live with normal quality monitor than the lilliput is alright, but imo even at $200 it's not worth it. Poor colors, low quality......

I bought a Feelworld. I'm sure the high end stuff is better but I'm very satisfied with mine. It doesn't ooze quality in terms of the build but it does everything I want from a monitor.

I've used the camax (or whatever chinese brand name) HO56, and It seemed decent for the price. Certainly has the resolution for focus. Supposedly uses the same lcd panel as the SmallHD Dp6, but lacks all of the cool field monitor features. If all you need is a cheap way to confirm focus, it will do the trick, I wouldn't rely on any of them for color or exposure.

I have the sony clm-v55 at $350 have a good image, nice build, come with hdmi cable, two hotshoe adapters and a very convenient sunhood, optional package with battery and charger.

Another good option is the SmallHD DP4 but at $450.

The Camax is much higher resolution than the rest. Even without using the useful focus peaking that it has onboard you can adjust focus easily.

I guess I just see things different....... I had that monitor and hated it, colors were never accurate, neither was temperature and it also had grain....
IMO I would buy a SmallHd dp6 or better.
