Selected Path Does Not Contain P2 Volume

I have tried to import into final cut pro. But in my attempts i get this message.

(selected path does not contain a P2 volume)

Does anyone have the foggiest idea what this means?

I have downloaded other cards with no problems.

You must be pointing at a directory that contains a CONTENTS folder, not at the contents folder itself.

And the contents folder must be named CONTENTS, and have all the proper sub-directories (i.e., VIDEO, AUDIO, CLIP, ICON, etc).

The folder must not have any sort of punctuation or special symbols in its name (i.e., it can't be named "CARD #1" or "MO MONEY $$$ P2" or anything like that. Just numbers and letters.

Sorry Barry I dont understand

I named it beach. Dont see the problem in that. Theres nothing wrong with the card because i viewed the footage in my P2 VIEWER and it looks fine.

So what do you suggest, i rename it?
