Hi,

I shot some footage before using the variable frame in the HVX with a rented camera while shooting a music video and when I watched the playback it was in slow mo. But no, that I bought my own HVX, the playback is at real time not in slow mo. Anyone knows why this is or what option to change to see the playback in slow motion?

Jah bless:thumbup:

i also see slow mo shots from firestore, but as far as iknow it is becuse firestore makes PN by itself not from camera.Did you shoot PN mode on the rented camera?

is your recording setup set to 720 60p? if so, it won't play back in slow mo. you have to convert it in post. but if you're shooting over cranked in a 24pn or 30pn recording setup then it should play back in the variable rate in which it was shot at.

I shot it at 720p 30p at overcranked state at 60fps. and when I played it back it plays on real time it didn't run in slow mo. Need help with this! so that I can see the slow mo in production before seeing it Post.

Set the cam to the settings that you used to capture in order to view the clips.

If you want to see clips captured at 720/24pN, then in the menu settings set it to that.

Then go to the MCR mode to view those clips.
