Actually, it's now confirmed that you can get 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 directly out of the Micro HDMI port on the camera:

I just got to play with one today. Not able to test the cam extensively though took some 96 fps shots but the loc was reaaaly dark

How bout a Tekkeon? I use them for my audio bag with good results. Obviously not as nice as an AB but still viable. The power. need can't be that high.
