SDHC- why ever use class 10 for video?

thats nothing guys. I've shot video using a SD-MicroSD adaptor, it was a 4GB micro and couldn't have been rated more than 4, it would be lucky if it was class 2. Did about 4 mins of recording before buffer reached.
