That would be great, there has to be some vendor out there that does this. Or at least someone who is going to start to do this because I think they would make bank!

Well, I know of a couple of memory card markers in China. Minimum order quantity is 100. These prices are for Class 6; they are in bulk packaging; if you want plastic sleeves or plastic enclosures or packaging, or even your company's name engraved on it, it's adds up to $1-2US more.
8GB Toshiba/Intel MMC chip for few cents under $16US. But remember you have add shipping, insurance and money transfer fees to get these. 2GB is about $4, 4GB just under $8.
Some companies give you 5 years warranty, others provide lifetime warranty.
Prices have gone up by a bit since December last year.
The point is, unless you're chewing on SD's like chips, just get what you need from your local shop. There isn't much margin in these cards.
