C100: SDHC card PROBLEM!!! It won't mount on computer…

I have a SDHC card that won't mount on the computer, in disk utility, it shows that it exists but doesn't allow for anything except to format. When it's in camera mode, shows that the card is full but in media mode, it says there's no clips? Never encountered this issue before, has always been flawless.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much.
 
if on a Mac, perhaps check the permissions
Command I (i as in info)
if needed, click on padlock icon bottom RHS of pop-up window
enter password
change permission so everyone can read/write
