FeedBack on the grading, framing, anything, btw the first shot was shot at a different location w/ no lighting so that's why the others look better.

i agree, too red and a bit too much contrast. It's more of a video look graded than an attempt at a film look, but i guess it depends on what you're going for..
 
Here is my crack at it, more of the "film look" in my opinion. It still has that desaturated tinted look, but less of that video edge.

My correction on top, the original on bottom.

post your results when you can. And adjust your contrast levels as well. Curves is your best bet. Bring up some of the lows while maintaining the mids and drop the highs a slight.
 
hmm, better, but they are still very similar and still a bit too red. You need to bring back some of the info in your shaddows, you're killing the darks too much and giving it that video saving private ryan crush'd blacks look. I.e. this looks more TV than movie.
 
yeah, i see what you mean, i just threw that together before work but i'll work on what you told me, thanks for the advice, it means a lot from you, ive been following your posts.
