screen grab problem

When I try to export a screen grab from photoshop as a JPEG, the viewer or whatever I'm viewing/ posting it with (eg "Facebook") messes up the aspect ratio. I shot it in 720p and the grabs always come out distorted narrower and taller. Ideas?
 
I think this post is in the wrong section. On the main page of dvxuser there is a section called POST PRODUCTION, and it has photoshop. You can probably get faster help there with this issue. But anyway it sound like you have a pixel aspect ration issue. You are going to have to provide details of your export settings in order for anyone to figure out what is going on.
 
I've tried to change the aspect ratio several times in Photoshop and it always exports 4:3 when I view it in the windows fax and picture viewer. I'm using the image>pixel aspect ratio command in the menu, by the way.
