Screen Grab from "Brain Storm" shot by Coffee

ah good point with the warm CC.....

Also, this is part of a competition and time was an overall issue so having the "ideal" lighting set up simply was a challenge beyond the challenge but I feel it's a lesson learned overall. I would love to see this shot with the characters more 3D and separate from the back ground but hey, we did what we could and worked it.

my take on it...

Dark, cold, attic look - but not TOO dark obviously, so I held back abit...

I hope I'm not getting typecast as a certain type of CC guy... but whatever... I can do more looks... but people always want "dark, cold/scary, dark/ or cold, dark" or any other combo you can think of

Oh sure man. I'm a hellluva armchair quarterback believe me. I just figured I'd give you my take and hope it helped a little bit :)

Monte, that's a great CC.

Lucidz, you helped a lot. That is one of the reasons why we shared the shot. Not just color correction, but to learn from our mistakes and hopefully not make them in the future.

thanks for your input brother, it helps hearing from everyone.

I agree w/ Lucidz, but I think Monte's cc is a bit too cold and takes too much of the color out. Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing this damn thing.
