Ok when I bought the HVX it just came with the book, which is greta by the way. Thanks Barry but poeple who buy it now get a cd or dvd with it that has scene files on them.

Now I use mac so I can't do anything with my computer and the sd card. I am wondering if anyone can send me some of the scen files through email. If they are text files I shouldbe able to read them and enter them manually in my camera right?

I am just looking for some help. I am doing a really long show about a month of shooting for a broadcast home improvement show. I am trying to figure out a good look for all outdoor situations. Overcast, high contrast sunny days. indoor mixed lighting with hot windwos ect...

any scene file help out there. Anything would be apreciated! thank you
 
Why can't you do anything with your Mac and the SD card? I edit the scene files off my SD card on my Mac all the time.
Just save your current scene files to your SD card then you can start editing them however you want.
 
Perhaps I may be confusing something, but the book comes with a CD with scene files on it.

I copy them to a SD card that is formatted with the HVX200 and load them using a Mac
 
Niceguy, there's a few of us that didn't get the cd with the book. Barry Green's advice to me was to email Jan Crittenden (sorry if I spelt that wrong Jan) and she might be able to help. I'm out the country so haven't gotten round to emailing yet.

This is the first time I hear of this. Are these scene files available for everyone? Maybe also downloadable somewhere? Are the files from Panasonic or from Barry?
 
Barry can sell the scene files standalone without the book for the hvx200 for try?...any info about that plz?..
