Scene files for Low light and Green Screen

Hey everyone,

I tried doing a search on these questions but for some reason every time i tried it would just load a blank white page, so if there is already an extensive thread on these questions please let me know.

I was wondering:

1. What would be the most sensitive setting you could get the camera to for shooting in very dark situations? Not going for anything nice looking here, just pure 'how much can i get to show up in this ridiculously dark setting'. The best i could think of would be:

1080 60I w/ 18db gain and lowest possible shutter speed, master ped +100, SD norm gama.

2. What are people using for green screen scene file settings?
I got a response about this a while back that recommended:

detail: -2
coring: +2
chroma level: +2
master ped: -7
gamma: b.press
knee: high
matrix: cine-like
skin tone: on
everything else set to 0.

Anyone disagree with any of these choices? I found that this scene file resulted in a bit of a purple tone on my subjects face. Let me know what you all think. Thanks!

1. shoot in 1080_24p at 1/24th shutter
2. that's my experimental setting! purple faces? nothing in the scene file would cause that, gotta be something to do with your lighting and white balance.

1. shoot in 1080_24p at 1/24th shutter

the 24p w 1/24th shutter would only allow 12db gain right? Or does it not allow gain at all, i forget. Even if it did allow 12db gain wouldent 18db gain w/ 60i or 60p provide more illumination than switching down to 24p?

2. Nobody else got any green screen scene file settings? even if its not a complete scene file. thanks.
