Would anyone be willing to send me some HVX scene files? I want to mess with them.

Also, how do you get the scene files onto camera?

Barry Green's HVX book contains a number of sample scene files as well as descriptions of the various settings. It is highly recommended by most everyone here. You get the scene files into the camera with an SD card. The process is pretty clearly described in the HVX manual.
 
yea i just bought the camera and havent received the book yet...and im just looking for a little help because we have 2 shoots coming up next week.


if anyone's willing to send me some scene files, i would really appritiate it!!

Most of this information is covered pretty extensively starting at p. 54 of the manual

Might want to crack it open and come back with questions rather than having us retype what's contained there.
 
One thing you could do is put a SD card in the camera, format it, and then save the six scene files currently in the camera to the SD card. Presto, six scene files you can mess with...

There is no need for saving the factory default scene files as you can always reset any scene file to the factory default in camera. The camera stores those default settings.
 
I think what THoff is saying that he can save the current scene files, modify them to his liking then save them as a different set.
Danny was asking for some scene files he could mess with. so THoff just suggested to use the default ones as a base to fiddle with a set.
