I have dialed in the Scene File setting for my F1 ( 60i setting ) ....can i use the same settings for 24p
 
Yeah... you just need to do one of two things: either change the progressive setting in your current scene file, or write the settings down and program them in for another scene file with 24p.

You can really do whatever you want with scene files... I've recorded over all but one of my factory-set files. And I do keep a couple that have matching settings between 24PA, 30P, and 60i.
 
I am shooting moto cross for the next few months ,,,,what would you recommend to bring out the colors more....I use color correction in FCP but I think the 100B can be set to look better...I have experimented but im not sure of my setting so went back to factory settings.
