Scene detect

Is there setting on the A1 that I need to change so I can capture using scene detect on Premiere Pro 2??

It's a problem with Premiere, not the A1. I recommend using HDVsplit for all capturing, it even allows video preview, another thing Premiere doesn't do. Oh, and it's free.
