Sceen Display info disappear during Recording

I have an XHA1. During my last recording, all of a sudden, all display text just disappeared from the LCD display. Does anybody here have any idea why that could have happened? I'm grateful for any feedback, thoughts.. Thanks!
 
This only happens when you press record? Have you tried pressing the display button above the peaking and magnify button on the side of the A1? Other than that I'm not sure what could cause it.
