Well, with alot of time on "hold" and with much persistence I received my refund from PayPal. I must say that they stand behind their pledge of buyer protection. The only thing that was a hassle was going to he local police departmenrt and convince them to write me up a report for PayPal. I am glad that ordeal is over but I know it will be hard to make a major purchase without being afraid of getting ripped-off.
