Save Your Brain Through Food - Documentary

I really enjoy the documetaries from Deutsche Welle (roughly the German version of the BBC) - I find them extremely well done technically, and the budget is often very generous. They are well researched and production values are outstanding. About the only thing I don’t like is the dubbing (I prefer subtitles), but nothing’s perfect.

In any case, here is an example of a really well done documentary from DW. In addition, it happens to be a fascinating subject matter - and it might actually influence what you do... pretty rare on the whole!

Anyhow, please enjoy it - highly recommended (on youtube):

When I was a kid in the early 1970's, the German Wave Russian Service was one of the pioneers of the rock music broadcasts (along with BBC and Radio Stockholm) via short wave. Then Voice of America got into the game and almost everyone I knew switched their preference to the VOA. DW still retains a sizeable Russian service, hiring in 2015 Zhanna Nemtsova, a popular Russian journalist and the daughter of the slain politician Boris Nemtsov.

I watch their clips once in a while but often disagree with their conclusions. They have a German government approved point of view and that may not be everypne's cup of tea.
