So I was doing research on for a sci-fi spec tv pilot I'm writting, and I happened to stumble upon a particular article:
http://www.universetoday.com/2008/0...cassini-turn-saturn-into-a-second-sun-part-1/
Basically Nasa and the Illuminati are 'apparently' planning on creating a new sun by blowing up Saturn with a nuclear bomb so that, somehow, earth becomes less habitable and titan (the moon orbiting saturn) becomes MORE habitable, and that then we have to pay loads of money or something to live on the moon.
then after some searching I came across this, a 'scientific' look at things:
http://www.cyberspaceorbit.com/saturn/lpnew.htm
This one is something else... it's based on so much bad science that it's almost disgusting... also I think it's based off of A.C. Clark's 2010 (which some of the conspiracy nuts make videos using the movie as evidence). They call his stories "predictions."
Are there people out there so poorly educated that they don't understand the difference between fact and fiction?
