sandisk ultra for c100 and sandisk extreme pro for 5d mark ii?

Hi, i have questions about the best cards for Canon C100 and Canon 5d Mark ii.
Canon 5d Mark ii seems to record at 74mb/s
C100 seems to record in max 24mb/s

1)Is the Sandisk Extreme Pro a good choice for Canon 5d mark ii?
2)With a Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB, will i record 3 hours in full HD?

3)Is the Sandisk Ultra a good choice for Canon C100?
4)With a Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB, will i record 5hours in full HD?

I'd check the bitrate for the II again...would be highly surprised if it was over 35 or so in its factory form.

Likely 100% of any and all new modern SDHC/XC cards could handle that.
