I was wondering if anyone has used the Sandisk Ultra 2 for 7D video? They are about 1/2 the price of the Extreme 3.
The 7D manuel says you need read/write speed of 8 MB/s.
According to the Sandisk website, the Ultra 2 has speeds of 15mb/s, so that should suffice for shooting video on the 7D correct? I'm not too concerned with the download speeds to my computer, but mostly with the in-camera performance (especially video over stills). I read that the ultra 2 is a Class 4 card. Isn't that the minimum class that Canon recommends?

I was thinking about the Kingstons, but I read a number of reviews where the cards failed. The Sandisks seem to be getting better marks on reliability overall.
So I'm hoping that the Sandisk Ultra 2 might work, since they're way cheaper.
Have any of you guys used the Ultra 2?
