Last month did this little job in NYC for SAK Roots...

Here it is...

All the shaky stuff was shot by the director on the b-camera (a second GH2). I have nothing to do with the edit...

Thanks hunter! I gave the director the HotRod Cameras CSH support handle, and for myself I was using a Barska Pistol Grip and handling the cam like a super 8 camera. Really love my Gh2 for small jobs. I found that the best way to expose it is to protect the highlights and then lift the mids in post as necessary.

All Nikkor Lenses, hand focused, no assistants, no follow focus, no mattes, just some tiffen ND screw on filters outside.

big fan of the built in EVF on this cam.

Wish the onboard LCD was as good as the canon's - what is it like half the number of pixels? you can only really eye-focus without using the focus assist if you are using the EVF or a nice outboard LCD like the SMallHD (IMO)

Hmmm... f3... Not sure whether that was an insult or a compliment . I'm going to guess you mean it looks pretty good? I'd be happy if it looks like original Red One M footage... I think it could maybe maybe pass for that...but not quite...
