S1H Firmware 2.0 Problems .

I am having Lots of Strange Issues with the 2.0 Firmware. Maybe modifying Firmware not to have the RAW made unwanted Changes, does anyone have a link to V1.2 I need to roll back the firmware.

1st Issue to report, NO FREAKKING RAW, but that was expected.
1st noticeable Is when formatting the sd card, on version 1.2 and not while in 2.0 will cause a playback issue or at least it did with me.
2nd, the HDMI output when recording in 4k DCI 23.98 is either sending more information than my monitor requires or it is not sending a proper signal,
the Monitor Displays the Image in a 2.40:1 aspect, I have to manually change the Monitor to 16:9 to display correctly, It only does this in 23.98, it sends the proper signal when in 30P, which the monitor can detect.

Now the monitor I use is the best view R7, and I did not have this issue before.
I did not have any issues using the ATOMOS NINJA V, and maybe its because the 2.0 firmware was intended for this Recorder, WHO knows.

I am Contacting Panasonic Directly tomorrow with this issue.

If you are shooting a Paid gigs, I would hold off updating this Firmware on the S1H,

If anyone out there is so kind to share a Link or can Email Me version 1.2 I am going to try and roll it back

Thanks

Hi Michael,

Sorry you are having issues. But thanks for letting us know. I always hold off for months to make sure there are no issues. But understand you wanted RAW.

I've updated. Will check these out this afternoon and see if I can replicate.

Anyone else tried the new S1H firmware and found issues? We're filming a TV ad this week and I want to use the S1H to the NINJA-V to utilise the RAW in a low light setting. Reading the above has made me nervous that recording anything internal (which I will do on other shoots after this) could cause an issue..... Also does anyone know if you can record internally and to the Ninja-V at the same time? With the previous firmware, I seem to be able to do this in 4k to a Ninja Flame.

RAW output is delayed and will be provided "in the next version of the firmware" according to Panasonic.
