Rx100iv + quadcopter?

Sorry if this has been answered, but between searches here, google and yt I haven't found much. I'm curious what is a workable quadcopter for the RX100 mark iv from DJI? Is the Inspire 1 the only one powerful enough to carry it?

Your real issue is finding an adequate gimbal/control solution. DJI S900 would the model to carry it from DJI. Inspire has a built-in camera system.

I wouldn't put anything bigger than a GoPro on a quad.
