GH5 Ronin m - qr

bought the rc323 qr plate for my ronin m and gh5 + 18-35mm, having one hell of a time getting it anywhere near balanced. Any suggestions ? tips tutorials? Bout to rip my head off.

When I rented the Ronin M, it came with this Cinemilled dovetail which allowed a greater range of adjustment for balance and allowed you to add counterweights as needed. Worked like a charm.

Do i need the extended arms now or somthing to balance it??
