Rokinon / Samyang 35mm f1.4 EOS mount not hitting Infinity mark

Hi,

I just got a new Samyang / Rokinon 35mm f1.4 EOS mount from B&H.

It seems like a pretty good lens, except the infinity focus comes a few hairs before the actual infinity barrel marking which is a bit annoying because then it technically cannot do a "hard" stop which is nice with manual focus lenses.

Does anyone else have this issue with their new Samyang not hitting the infinity mark?

pretty common on modern stills lenses, I've never had one whose focus marks you can actually trust

for example, I know for sure that both my tamron 17-50 f/2.8 non-vc and my tokina 11-16 f/2.8 both can focus past infinity (if that makes sense at all)

I read somewhere you need to manually re-calibrate these lenses (samyang, rokinon, etc) by focus onto the object at a certain feet and adjust focus ring by loosening three tiny screws, adjusting to right focus distance, and re-tightening three tiny screws, but not the phillips screw which you shouldn't loosen.
