T2i Rode SVM vs Zoom H4n

I'm currently in the process of upgrading from a camcorder to a DSLR for shooting short films.

I just bought a T2i, but I'm not sure what to use for sound recording. I have a Rode Stereo Videomic, it has great sound quality, and it has served me well for about 2 years. I've also read up on the Magic Lantern stuff and I know that I can use the Rode on my T2i if I disable AGC in ML settings.
However, I've been wondering if I should get a Zoom H4n. How does it compare to Rode SVM in terms of capturing the environment? Because that's what the SVM is famous for, capturing the all-around sound.
Also, how better is H4n in terms of recording conversations?
It's an either/or situation for me. If I decide to get an H4n, I'll have to sell the SVM.
