Roadkill Teaser - Short film shot w/ T2i

Here's a short teaser I put together for a short film I directed produced. We shot the thing in 4 summer nights and one, long last day (some interior shots).

This teaser also serves as a beta for my color corrections so let me know what you think needs tweakin'.

I don't really get what this is about...so it's hard to give a lot of feedback. I prefer teasers that you know...actually tease. ;-)

It looks like you have some focus problems, but that might be intentional. Not sure. But, the grading looks good.

Best of luck.

Haha I didn't realize you can't see the synopsis I typed up on the vimeo page this thing is linked to :P
here it is:

Kate and Gabe spend their last night together carrying on an old tradition. Their friendship hits the rocks when they find a half dead possum and try to save it.

Written by Christina Stevens

Directed by Ryan Alexander Davis

I would try to include more dramatic events in the film and maybe faster cuts to intensify the teaser.

where did you find your prop possum?

oh yeah, Hi Ryan!

Woah what's up certeza?! It's been far too long man.

We got the prop possum from some guy the producer found outside of LA. She paid a measly 250 or so duckets for that bad boy whom we named "Bitey"

We need to work on something new soon dude! I could've sworn I saw you in a random drift video I saw on vimeo. Have you worked anything like that recently?

I camera op. for the SPEED channel. but I use to drift for 7 years before I really got into this. I production designed this film and we got a prop dead dog from a guy name Dragon for about the same but we has that dead dog for about a week.
