I think this one says it all--

http://www.apple.com/

What can I say other than he made my current life possible. Few people who have ever lived had the impact on the world he has.

[Terry_Lasater]

There will be plenty more within minutes.

Point is, we've lost a valuable visionary.

[Doc Bernard]

Wait, so he did die????????? WTF? That sucks.

[Ryan Patrick O'Hara]

tmz? Really?

this thread couldn't wait long enough to be confirmed?

[Kegan]

Damn...RIP to a great visionary.

Terry, as soon as I saw your post, I googled it, and the only thing I found was "it was a rumor" with TMZ apologizing.

Wow. Unreal and very sad.

[Terry_Lasater]

I hear ya, Doc. It is all over broadcast news but I couldn't find much of anything online at the time I searched. Like I said, in a matter of minutes the world will know.

[snowleopard]

Not a rumor. Across all news wires now. And on Apple's site.

[Ram S.O.S]

This is sad, Steve was a true visionary.

[David W. Richardson]

Very sad. God bless.

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

This has been coming for a while now. Very sad news.

RIP

[William_Robinette]

RIP Steve. Part of him is with us every day with the way he changed the world.

[Hawk Teflon]

Very sad day indeed.

iRIP, good sir.

[Comstock1]

Goodbye to a man who changed the world, or at least mine. I'll zap my PRAM in his honor.

[ZazaCast]

RIP Steve...

[TimurCivan]

RIP mr Jobs.

[galbach]

Bad News.

[David Saraceno]

How sad.

56 years old.

He resigned only six weeks ago.
