Astronomers have now declared with the discovery of celestial bodies bigger than Pluto and considering Pluto's unstable orbital patterns that...
PLUTO IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A PLANET
It is now considered an asteroid/dwarf planet.
Really wierd ...
We have 8 Planets now.
And while some may choose not to buy into that - there are many bodies equal to and even double Pluto's size in our Solar System so it makes sense. Astronomers also believe there are Earth sized planets well beyond Pluto that will soon be discovered and Pluto is too insignificant to be deemed a Planet.
The average person on Pluto would not even weigh 10 lbs and if you threw your DVX in the air on Pluto, you would probably send it into outer space LOL.
Interesting fact is there's precedent for this - Ceres, a body smaller than Pluto and I think farther out was oddly discovered about a century earlier in the 1800s and was considered a planet for a period of time, so we had nine 200 years ago, with Ceres listed after Neptune. Ceres was soon stripped of planetary status and forgotten as an entity all together.
So just think
Our grandkids may never even knew Pluto existed - hell I never heard of Ceres until today.
