Rewrapped files destination

My client wants the rewrapped QT files rather than MXF from the footage I am shooting.
When I import P2 via Final Cut, many of the rewrapped QT files go into the capture scratch file of the project I am working on, but others go in another capture scratch file, usually one of the "Untitled" ones. How can I direct all these files into the same folder so I don't have to search the HD for them?

Name your project before you ingest any footage from the P2 card. The only time FCP puts them in an "Untitled" folder is when your project hasn't been saved and named first.

Thanks, I've been naming the project when the autosave window pops up, that explains why part are in one file and part in another.
