Retro town footage

Spartacus, i have the short indislider, and it needed if i remember only a week to go to Switzerland
 
"someday" you rock! I tried your settings last night really fast. Just put the Brevis on and didn't even get the viewfinder square, loaded the HVX with you specs and re-shot what I shot the night before. Really a much better result. Matty_g, Thanks for your PM yesterday, nice footage that you shot with the Brevis. To paraphrase the old commercial regarding "someday's" settings, "Try them, you'll like them." I really think that these settings are great, they sound strange but work incredibly!
 
For some reason every time I try and load the video, my browser crashes.

Does your footage not like PC's?

I tried both FireFox and Internet Exploder.

Hahaha! i don't know my footage's taste, but sincerly I don't like windows....
Try download Safari for Windows. Or do you have Quicktime installed?

That is really really cool footage and long too... nice to see that put together like that with such a cool style and it's not stale and the same thing over and over again. I shot some downhill luge here in FL but the hills only a mile and a half so nothing quite like this... but was still fun and I ended up going down the hill on my bike and going about 70mph at the bottom... Wouldn't think of doing this kind of thing on a luge or skateboard..

here a screenshot. My nightmare is doing a flash version for those poor people who don't have Quicktime and have no lust to download it.
So i builded a complete flash version for those poor Windows users. Now i will implement the Quicktime ready version with gorgeous quality footage, only for Mac users and Windows smart people :)

which indislider package did you get?

Can it work on an existing tripod, or do you need their fluid head to connect it to the camera base?

It works with almost all tripods. Just remove the head and put the slider ibetween the tripod and the head.
