Cold, retro town footage taken in Lugano, a small city in the middle or Europe.

or simply go to www.giovannisperanza.com, but beware, without QT you will only have access to low quality flash videos...

Thanks very much.
Yes it's the indyslider, a fantastic invention. Imagine, i even did not used my car. I went to town with the train and walked around with my tripod, the indyslider and the camera-letus

Which tripod do you have? Was`nt it very heavy to walk around with tirpod, indieslider ans Cam+Adapter??

Very nice Footage.

I have a quite lightweight tripod and the whole stuff is not more than a broadcast ENG setup.

In this grab you can see the Indyslider in a sort of tripod "sandwitch" ;)

Very nice! The indieslider is quite the nifty little tool, even with just a little slide in the shot it gives that extra touch of proffesionalism.

Nice work. I am really interested in the indislider but cannot find any reviews of the gear or user experiences. What's your opinion? Is it worth the $499? Do you have the 24 or 36 inch model? Any other helpful tips....

Mark,
The Indyslider is very nice but you have to beware that once you disassemble the camera platform in order to put the fluid head screw, it is very difficult to re-assemble it perfectly. And if it's not perfect the movevent is not so fluid

Cason,
The Letus35FE is a great concept, but nothing compared to the Extreme.
The main concern is dust. Every time you change lens, or you put it away, some dust can come in and it's visible.
I recommend buying the Extreme. I will as soon as i have the money.

beautiful footage, love the indislider stuff, makes me want to build one. one thing though, whats whith all those wierdos driving on the wrong side of the street?

Amazingly sharp footage from a 35mm adapter. I recently purchased the Brevis and on an HVX200 with really good Nikkor lenses can't seem to get footage as sharp as this. What are your settings? Do you raise the detail level? What gamma are you shooting on?

They are driving on one way streets

The setting i always use:

Syncro scan 280 (to fully hide the letusFE gg moves)
Detail level +7
V detail level +6
Detail coring +7
Chroma level -2
phase 0
Color temp 0
Master ped -6
A iris level 0
Gamma B.press
Knee Mid
Matrix Norm2
Skin tone dtl Off

Recording setup: 108025p (pal)

BTW a nice thing happened: i edited it without music just putting the core of each take (in order to keep the file small) then i applied this song and it's perfectly synced (maybe even too much synced to the cuts)

Thank you very much. I'm going to try out your settings and see what kind of quality I can get from the Brevis. B Press and maxed out detail, who would've guessed!

Really nice images!
What length does your Indyslider have? and how much was shipping to Italy and how long did it take...?
