youtube has massive issues with trying to keep up with views on newly released videos, you'll begin to notice how new vids always hover around 300 views for a few hours to a day before starting to catch up...

What is out of your control?

The top comment points out that whoever seems to be playing Leon looks really young and unconvincing as a cop. You may not have the biggest budget but casting choices are something that matters in allowing us to be pulled into a story. So are costume choices and, in such a project, I think it's much better to error on the side of authenticity than trying to recreate the rather unrealistic uniform that's from the game. This is an adaptation and there's nothing wrong with having a cop that looks like he's actually wearing a real police uniform (probably much cheaper too than trying to put together the videogame costume).
