Replacement Batteries & Charger for DVX100B

Can someone please suggest to me a good third-party replacement battery pack AND charger to use with my DVX100B? I've lost my charger and also need at least two extra battery packs, but have a limited budget so cannot afford to buy the Panasonic brand.

I've searched the forums on this site for this exact topic, but only came up with an old post in 2007 that led me to this link: http://www.dvxuser.com/articles/battery/. These batteries are apparently OUT OF STOCK. And I am also looking for a charger, which is not offered on the page anyway.
 
Thanks for the link to the extra batteries!! That is really a great deal, especially with the added security of knowing that these batteries will actually work w/ my camera w/out any risk of damaging it.

The battery chargers that you sent me, however, are a little out of my budget. The Panasonic brand single-position charger (which is really all I need) is $120--over $100 less than the 2-position charger. Are there any less expensive single-position chargers out there that you would recommend? I'm searching on eBay and Amazon, and found these:

but am obviously skeptical of buying generic brands found on those sites...Would you advise me to just splurge on the Panasonic brand name single-position charger, if that's all I can afford at this point? Or is there some better, less expensive alternative?
 
When you look at a generic battery charger description you do not see how fast it fully chargers a battery. They conveniently forget to mention it. In order to make them cheap, they make them low power (very slow), so it would take you all day to charge one battery. Given your budget, I would get a real Panasonic. It is well constructed, and reasonably fast.
