The MKII of-course
I was a bit concerned with the look of skin tones on all the MKII footage I'd seen but I haven't had any trouble getting a D90 filmic look out of it yet. Here's my first MKII test- http://vimeo.com/5435434
I'm not trying to tempt anyone into getting a MKII, the D300 and D700 replacements could be amazing and I could be easily tempted to replace the MKII with a Nikon especially if canon don't bring out the rumored 24p update.
There's a thread on it in the MKII forum- http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=176305
I'd like to here what you guys think about the filmic look of it and grading (Matt bring it on). I'm not big on handheld but Kholi was doing some telephoto tests with a shoulder rig and asked me about the steadytracker so I gave it a shot with a 135mm lens, 90% of it is 135mm and the rest 85mm. I tried the D90 on the steadytracker with a 105mm lens and it was unusable.
