Remote Tripod

I have been looking at remote tripods lately. I see that they make them for Sony, and Canon, but don't they make anything for the Panasonic brand? Like for the 100B? Looking on Ebay, they have all sorts of things for Canon, and Sony, but very little is available for the Panasonic. Strange! Doesn't the 100B have a Lanc connection like the other brands?

No. Panasonic does not use LANC in it's camcorders. The DVX100's and the HVX share proprietory analog control ports. Various lens / zoom controllers are available for the Panasonics.

So how would I be able to control, zoom, on & off record while on a tripod?
And where would I find these zoom controllers? And could I find some on Ebay?

The 100 and the 100A have a Zoom+Start/Stop port.
The 100B and the 200 have the Zoom+Start/Stop and a Focus+Iris Port.

Go to your favorite online store to look for information. B&H, EVS, AbleCine all have a good selection.
Also take a look at what is available from www.varizoom.com and www.16x9inc.com. I think Manfrotto/Bogen has stuff too. There's also a cheap one from a company called "Libec" that I use in LANC mode and am happy with.
