So how do you keep the dancing green ring in someone's glasses from keying out too and causing weird "hole" problems around the eyes? A moving, keyframed garbage matte?
Hi Matt:
I put the controller onto "7", that seems to work best for us. Where do you put yours at?
Barry, I do get somewhat of a halo but it is never a problem to key it out.
Dan
Tell them to take their glasses off.
How does this work? I just saw it the other day, but I'm so confused as to how it actually helps you.
Reflecmedia's Retro (Back drop) quality is much better than Datavideo, But both works great.
I have teamed up Datavideo Retro ($619=10X8), It's much cheaper than reflecmedia ($2000=8X8), and reflecmedia's Ring (Datavideo ring = vignetting problem)...
...Barry Is Right "there's a gray halo around everyone". Gray Halo isn't a problem for Keylight, It does have nice control sliders for that.
I'm actually considering going the other way, with a reflecmedia chromatte, and the much cheaper Datavideo lightring with blue and green LEDs
(now an 8x8 with Litering for average size cameras is $1500 and for the smaller palmcorders is $1100 with Microlite)It's much cheaper than reflecmedia ($2000=8X8), and reflecmedia's Ring (Datavideo ring = vignetting problem)
