I dunno, i think it needs to be cut to the music. A lot tighter, shorter sequences. Also, more refined shot selection... the shots aren't all that interesting for me. Having a shorter shots (and more of them) thats cut to a good beat, can make it a more dynamic reel.
Maybe add some grading as well, i think you want those shots to really pop.
