Reel, shot mostly on 7D

Most was shot on the Canon 7D, the rest on 5D, 35mm and 16mm. All of the 7D footage was shot using the Superflat picture profile, then color graded with Magic Bullet. Grain was added, too. Feel free to post comments, feedback, questions, etc. Thanks for looking.

Your reel looked very good, very stylized. Looking at your resume, I see a few projects from UCF. Did you attend UCF?!? If so, small world...
 
awesome, how did you pull off that shot with the book when you changed the orientation of the camera?
 
On the book shot:

I rotated the tripod quick release plate 90-degrees, so when I tilted the head, the camera would rock sideways instead. Like using a dutch head. To rack focus, I put tape around the lens barrel to make marks, because there was no way to keep a hand on the follow focus without affecting the shot. That shot was accomplished with a Nikon 50mm Micro, f/2.8.


Lenses:

I used all Nikon AI-S primes, mounted with a Novoflex adapter.
