RED reservations mark

"stated by Jim that they made the titanium "R"s only for serial 1-1000."

i know that was stated .. i specifically asked (nov 7th email- i mentioned JJ statement that only 1000 would receive R) when i received camera confirmation if 1051 would receive a "R" because it mentiones it in contract and the answer i received back was YES - they are going to make more R's and it may take awhile

It is, I'm dutch. How did you find that out? I thought it wasn't in my profile... (tune from Twilight Zone)

Oh, I need to attach my signature as well... I need some shouldertaps myself. Oh, that's a dutchism. I mean a tap on the back, of course.

That's fantastic news Donatello.
I'll have a beautiful pair of R's, maybe I'll breed them!

United Colors of dvxuser.com

Here is another 1073 mention. It is allover internet, as well, @dvinfo.net (even if coming from the same source) even @cinematography.com :cheesy: -- I just don't know if this info comes or not from the same place. It can occur all these posts have the same info as origin. If so it can be inaccurate. Any update?

EDIT -- Sorry my fault Jim if you will read it. There will be United Colors of RED, as well! :D

Oh yeah, I'm the owner of the infamous 1073, and 1080 too.
So what are we up to now? I think I saw some one with 1083, or am I the last?

Bro - I'm curious how long you spent deciding to place a second reservation? I think Gibby took about six months to splurge for #2 - but both your reservations were likely at the 11th hour on Oct 31. That must have been a funny 10 minutes of soul searching (and bank account checking  ) ... Anyway cool move.

Actually 1073 was in a week prior to the 31st, and 1080 a couple of days before. There was quite a bit of emailing and phone callls back and forth to establish that yes, there were indeed two reservations being made.
