recovery of deleted files from p2 cards

i deleted some clips from my p2 card, can i retrieve them? i have not formated the card yet.. one of the clips is very important... iam stressing.

Always, always make a back up of the p2 volume on a computer or HDD.

Write-protect the card using the switch on the spine of the card to prevent any and all unintended writing to the card and then try some of the file recovery tools that are out there. The cards use FAT32, which is both old and simple, so most if not all data recovery programs on both the Mac and PC will support it.
