Record to 2 tapes at once!

Don't know why you'd want to do this, but yeah, record to 2 tapes at once. Maybe for different settings, etc.
 
Is Red even using tapes? Regardless, I would like to see two media (Hard Disk, Flash, whatever) slots being use just so you can record continuously for long events and not have to stop to change media. Recording simultaneously with different settings would be cool too. I can imaging doing some potential 3D magic eye stuff with it in post.
