Recommendation for card recovery

Hi have a 16GB Panasonic SDHC card that I screwed up when FCP pro crashed on me and I restarted. I have tried a whole bunch of recovery applications... none have worked.

Does anyone have a good recovery service that they can recommend? I have found a bunch online but any suggestions would be really appreciated. thanks
 
I remember running into a clip recovery section on the camera itself - have you tried it?

That came up after a card stopped recording, i hit repair and it was taking a looooooooong time... while doing that i couldn't get out of it, I turned off the camera by removing the card *I know is bad* (i had to change cards to keep recording, since the event didn't stop and the clips on the card weren't that important)... after the event i tried looking for that "repair clip" menu and couldn't find it, I tried doing "log and transfer" on FCP and it would give me all the clips prior to that, The clip witch the camera stopped would only load the first 2 of 12 minutes. After a little messing with menus i decided to use Toast 10, and sure enough i was able to view the remaining 10 minutes of that clip.
Soo all in all, the worst thing was just having the camera stopped. I'm not sure you can repair afterwards (hopefully you can)...

And yes, that card is banned from joining the HMC150 party from now on!
