This would indicate to me that something is wrong. You should contact them.

I you have an authorized DVX, then you can do an online registration which negates the need for the UPC label. That website is on a piece of paper that was in the box with the DVX.

here is what Newegg told me today:

"Unfortunately, the manufacture does not guarantee which versions of the item they send to us so unfortunately we cannot pass the guarantee down to the customer"


They said I could order then send it back if I didn't get a USA model. Forget that.
 
Hey guys. I just got another 100b from Newegg and was curious about the rebate form inside. Only offered the book and magic bullet...

Luckily I printed off the $350 rebate a few weeks ago, although it SHOULD have been included in my box because I bougth the camera on the 24th of September. I am still eligible.

Waiting on any rebate info. It's been sent out, so we'll see.
 
ACB rebate website is now down. Phone # leads automatically to answering machine, never get a call back despite leaving 5 messages per day all week. Ordered in May. Still no rebate. Been told "we mailed you your check 2 months ago" 3 times.
 
If you go to the website that is printed on that form you will see that the rebate is mentioned as well. Fill out the form on the website that is only on that in the box form and you will be fine. Please do not post the web address here.

Hi Derrick,

Surpised you didn't contact me as you did before. If they mailed the check, they probably did. When you do as much mailing as we do, youcome to realize that the US mail is about98%, jusat as is every other carrier service. They have all lost the goods in one way or another. What I don't have is your address, I rememberyour real name and I asked the ACB folks to look up your chack and let me know what is going on. What then will happen if it really was mailed, they will have to stop payment on the check and then reissue.

My rebate check arrived yesterday. Thank you.

Now I can afford to buy...uhm...well, not much with $350. This video hobby is expensive :)
