Real steel

Over the past week or so Real Steel has been dominating netflix ( rightfully so ) its an awesome flick. I'm so impressed with the look of this film, especially the exposure and coloring. The low light intro scene in particular really gets me going. Has anyone ever found out how hollywood approached the F35 in post? Really curious of their practices when it came to finishing.

Just another example of why the F35 still has it and will continue to have it for a long time especially if we can push out looks similar to Real Steel.

This title has been mentioned many times in F35 context.

Intro scene served as opening titles, so it got all the additional attention required.

You could probably get all the answers on site if you attended 2012 SIGGRAPH.

VFX was included in process from the beginning, not to mention that DD artists could modulate every pixel to their liking - even if it wasn't there.

The opening credits is the only redeeming thing in that movie.

HOWEVER.

The scene between the kid and Hugh Jackman outside the boxing gym CLEARLY has broken footage that flashes green quickly, is this JUST on the Netflix version, or is it also on the bluray?
