When updating a new version of ML, do I simply copy and paste the new ML files onto the ALREADY bootable SDCARD? No need to run PEL again? No need to do a low level format of the SDCARD prior to copying the ML?
 
If you're card is already bootable, then yes, just put the new ML file on it. However, it's a good idea to format your cards regularly - Every time I download my cards I format them, run EOScard to make it bootable again, and then add the new files to the clean SD card before putting it back in my camera case. This is not essential, but in the time I've been doing this I've never had a single card error, recording error or corrupt file.
