I have a T2i and my lens is OFF (lenses coming in tomorrow). So I am playing with the timelapse function and I have it to 5s. And when I toggle the Intervalmeter it says "On, Wait". And when I exit the menu and re-enter the menu the Intervalmeter goes back to "Off". What is going on? In other words timelapse appears to not be working.
 
OK nevermind, I got it. When using the timelapse function you cannot exit the menu otherwise the invervalometer will automatically return to the "Off" mode. lol
