Re-Hacking a secondhand hacked unit.

I purchased a used gh1 which came with the 1.3 hacked firmware already installed. The quality in-camera seems very good, but I think it was hacked some time ago and I would like to modify a few settings like: upping the bitrate, and disabling the rolling shutter (may just be my eyes playing tricks on me but I am seeing some aliasing at faster shutter speeds).

How would one go about doing this safely? I believe it has only been hacked one iteration prior.
 
You can hack and re-hack GH1 bodies essentially infinitely; I change settings regularly depending on the shoot, and people like lpowell and Vitaly rehack every few minutes to test things. Simply go through the normal ptool process to hack again. Also, once it's hacked, the version number doesn't really mean anything unless you keep track of what you hack the version number to.
