Re: Battery Life - C100 vs 1DX

Any one shot video using the C100 and 1DX? Using the standard kit batteries, what life of the batteries for both of these cameras?

I just got back from a documentary in the Middle East where we shot on both the C100 and 1DX. The battery life was fantastic on both! I did not count the exact minutes/hours of a charge, but there were many times that I went about 2 days without charging the batteries. I had two batteries for the C100 and one battery for the 1DX. I rarely had to switch the C100 battery out.

One battery should get you through a day or more with the C100. Two batteries should get you through a day easy with the 1DX.

Hope this helps.
